I almost called this the EQ keepin' it real, but I decided that this was a better title for whatever reason. Outside of the title, it's the content of this post that should provide some interesting information that you may or may not already know about the Extreme Qs. These digital vaporizers are put together by Arizer in Canada and somehow the price is still more than what I'd say is reasonable. How they're able to slap all of this together into a nice looking tower that's smaller than I thought it was going to be and works better than I thought it would is beyond me. This ability of theirs to take a good system and make it compact, comfortable, and quiet is incredible to say the least. It's got to be one of the best desktops that I've owned so far and it does a good job of producing vapor even when it hasn't been cleaned in a long period of time.
Cleaning regularly is something I leave to the Pax and when it comes to my desktop, I don't want to take the time to clean it every day because it gets the most use. Being a heavy vaporizer, I tend to leave my heavy use to the desktop units which are capable of delivering virtually endless streams of vapor, assuming the power doesn't go out (which it rarely does).
The screen on the Extreme Q is bright and easy to read the temperature on. The temperature presets programmed into the remote control are great because I actually prefer the highest preset that's on there. Quickly jumping to 230C works great for me, but, I also use 220C; it all depends. The bowl used for aromatherapy blends is a little on the fragile side and it didn't take me long to break it, but, that's alright because I found a replacement fairly cheap online and it didn't take long to arrive along with some flowers which had a wonderful aroma. Also, I'm not talking about the hurricane bowl, especially seeing as they seem to be significantly more durable than the aromatherapy ones.
Coming with more than what I think is necessary to get the job done is something that Arizer has accomplished with the vaporizing kit provided with the EQ. Extreme vaporizers can push air at three fan speeds which is great for filling bags with vapor. This is an ability that the Volcano may have started, but, now the Q can do it too. Not necessarily where it shines, the bag delivery is a nice option to have, but, it's the wand and whip that really work well when it comes to this digital vape.

Vapor Genie, The First Vape I Ever Used
This was the first portable that I ever got my hands on. I gave it a shot and after a while, I still didn't really like it. That's just the truth of the matter and I'm sorry if it offends anyone, but, the design didn't do it for me. I really always wanted more of a hi-tech gizmo because I'm the type to buy Android phones and things of that nature so it was just a matter of time before I decided to buy a high quality vape instead of a cheap one. The Vapor Genies, for me, were inexpensive and seemed to be used similar to a normal tobacco pipe which I had used before so it wasn't going to be hard to figure out how to use it. At least, that's the idea I had going in.
After using it for a while, I never found the satisfaction I was looking for, but, I'm still going to tell you a little more about them because they're not terrible and maybe you'll want one, who knows. Colors are something that you can find plenty of options for when it comes to a VaporGenie. They have a lot of different colors for their classic models and the wood ones come in some different flavors too. The woods are a bit more interesting because they have different woods and finishes, plus one that doesn't have a finish which you can spice up yourself.
Needing a lighter or Hemp Wick isn't the best quality of a VG, but they aren't a lot of money and they just might not break down on you like some of the other fancy portables. Their size is small, but, not as small as a Vapor Bat. The idea behind them is that a ceramic filter in the head mixes the heat from a flame with ambient air to mix and vaporize the blend. The idea is decent, but the application is a bit rough around the edges, if you know what I mean. It's just not the smooth vapor production that you get from a portable like the Solo or Pax.
There just aren't enough vaporizers out there for the VG to be the only option. Even if you're looking for a cheapo, there are still others like the Dragon Lites and Vapor Bats that are worth taking a look at. A step up and you have the MFLB, Palm, and so on. I wouldn't settle though, I'd go all the way, but you're just going to have to keep reading to find out what my favorite is. For now, let's just say that the Vapor Genie isn't exactly my first choice and there are some really good ones so you'll just have to stay tuned for more.

The Reason Why This Terrible Blog Was Made
Not only is this the first post, but it's also the post that explains why this blog was created in the first place. The reason why I decided to put this together was to tell everyone out there about the different vaporizers that are out there because I love vaporizing and I'm inclined to test any vape I can get my hands on. A friend of mine has been supplying me with different models to experiment with and I turn around and report my findings. Because of this process, it's easy to put together a blog such as this one in which I tell you about what I've already told my buddy. My buddy is interested in what we're all interested in and that's finding the best vaporizer. This blog is basically dedicated to the pursuit of finding the best vapes, though that's something that's really going to be subject to change over time.
It doesn't matter if you like aromatherapy or sucking down nicotine in eLiquid dispensing electronic cigarettes, I'm going to cover as much as I can about both in this blog, but, I'll probably stick mostly to the non e-cig vapes for the most part. The first vape that I'm going to be talking about is the first portable I ever used, but there's a twist on this story so be sure to read it!
